Prices and Payment

All prices indicated on DYNGLE's website are in Euros. Customers may make payments electronically to DYNGLE in many different ways. The various payment methods are indicated on the DYNGLE website. Services or shipment of an order will take place once DYNGLE has received payment for the service or order. More information concerning shipping costs can be found on the website.

Money Back Guarantee

If the customer, for whatever reason, does not wish to use the services or wish to retain the merchandise, the customer has the right to cancel the services or return the merchandise to DYNGLE within seven working days after the payment for the services and within seven working days after taking delivery of the merchandise. First, the customer must inform DYNGLE in writing via e-mail of their intention, and must follow all further return conditions and instructions as stipulated by DYNGLE. This guarantee does not apply if the services or merchandise has been used, or if the customer has attempted to mend or alter the services or merchandise in any way.
